South Africa
South Africa contains the world in one country, offering an adventurous global traveller an unforgettable array of sights and experiences. From the gold mines of Johannesburg and the sophistication of Cape Town, through expansive nature reserves, winelands and lofty mountains to the sunny, laid-back beaches of Durban, there is something here for everyone.
Leisure travellers most often head for the Atlantic west coast around Cape Town, while South African corporate travel is centred on its cities, , although the attractions of the interior and Indian Ocean coast are not to be missed.
Traditional tribal villages, culturally vibrant cities and reserves replete with all of Africa’s legendary big game combine with the pleasures of luxury hotels, sophisticated shopping and exciting theme parks.
Elephant, lion, leopard, rhino, giraffe and buffalo all roam free in the South African bushveld and savannah regions, while exotic birds fill the sky. Wherever your bespoke safari takes you – from the deserts, forests and mangrove swamps to the country’s pristine beaches and historic cities – South Africa is one of the few global destinations that can offer the complete holiday experience packed with such an array of world-class attractions.
